Shipping policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–12 business days) — Rate calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (4–6 business days) — Rate calculated at checkout
Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Check the cart for current promotions.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain product categories, including select medical devices.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@solevano.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Solevano is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
