You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible, the translator must be in the same condition you received it, with all included accessories (USB-C cable, lanyard and manual) and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Email us at info@solevano.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The three digital guides are included free with your purchase and have no separate refund value.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to get a different color is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with its accessories and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@solevano.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
